Gentle clean of cylinder block head
Carb cleaner works well on filthy injector nozzles prior to ultrasonic cleaning.
Cylinder head swap
Rubber seals gone on both front anti-roll bar bushings.
(Rover 75)
Remove bottom nut
Grind off top fixing to save time as access is limited
(just below the thread).
Tighten new anti-roll bar bushing top.
Use adjustable spanner to hold the nut whilst you twist tight the bar, then tighten with spanner.
Use a bar or plank to hold down anti-roll bar so you can screw on the bottom nut.
Tighten bottom nut to anti-roll bar.
